"Great food, great service, friendly, knowledgeable. I built my own bowl: bone broth rice (delish), chicken, Brussels sprouts, vegan parm and gf croutons with white cashew sauce. Worth it."

"Initially went in for a simple broth but the minute I entered, the delicious smells hit me and I realized how hungry I was. The friendly and informative person at the counter was helpful with all my questions and very nice- thank you! The bowl was BEAUTIFUL! Look at the photos of how wonderful the presentation is! I was impressed… then I started eating it and wow, I’m so happy to have chosen this meal over a broth (which is also delicious). The quality of all the ingredients including the tender juicy chicken pieces were high, and the combination of items worked really well together. No single item overpowered any other so each product could be tasted and was phenomenal. I loved the pickled onions especially I enjoyed my experience and look forward to trying the other interesting items on the menu I hope you are around for many years to come."

"Bone broth was absolutely delicious! They come in 3 sizes and the large is great for two. Nourishing and the perfect beverage on a chilly day as you explore Williamsburg. Great service too and they let you try the flavors before you decide on one."

"DELICIOUS ! Everything gluten free! We spent about $39 for two people including a drink. My kid got: Bone Broth with chicken, veggies, hot sauce and immunity mix. FABULOUS! Mine was Grandma's chicken with rice (roasted carrots & veggies) Yummy! Wish I'd gotten the bone broth to add to the chicken, one trial of that was heavenly. It was a bit dry without the hot sauce added, I got that on the side but adding it made it amazing. Leftovers for 3 of us as a hearty snack later, 2 who hadn't been there, everyone really enjoyed it. And those 2 are picky. Two workers there extremely nice. One spoke English pretty well, though we had a small misunderstanding in the order, I caught it. No big deal. She was so sweet helpful and efficient. Warm and kind person. Other employee had little English, and was amazingly caring and attentive to her job and excellent, healthy delicious fast meals were provided to us and many others in short period of time. Most others were pickup or delivery, high volume handled well. For English speakers I recommend double checking the info and orders patiently and gracefully. The intention to provide accurate excellent service is fully there, with the women we met. This was yesterday, 6/26/24 around 7:45. Even though it was so close to closing time, they balanced clean up and making sure we felt 100% welcomed every moment. ¡Muchas gracias! Looking back wish I'd tipped more. Give them both a bonus!"

"After a full week in New York—navigating a minefield of processed indulgences, seed oils, and dopamine-loaded distractions—Springbone wasn’t just a meal. It was a realignment. I walked in at the tail end of a 24-hour fast, gut inflamed, spine tense, and nervous system fried. What I found was clean fire—real food engineered for recovery, regeneration, and performance. I ordered the BBQ Chicken Bowl and the New Roots Beef Bone Broth. Here’s the breakdown: • The Bowl delivered on all levels: clean protein from chicken breast, glycogen-replenishing sweet potatoes, cruciferous detox from cabbage and kale, and a kick of fermented brightness from pickled turnips. The BBQ sauce? Subtle, smoky, and not a sugar trap—flavor without compromise. • The Broth was elite: grass-fed beef simmered into liquid collagen, infused with ginger, garlic, and vitamin C. It wasn’t just warm—it was ancestral. My gut thanked me. My brain rebooted. My joints softened their complaints. What hit hardest? This entire meal was free of seed oils, gluten, and refined sugar. It didn’t just nourish—it upgraded. In a world full of food that numbs, Springbone fuels. Approved for all my clients because it honors the code: intellect, precision, optimization, evolution."

"Today I decided to try Springbone for the first time and the food was delicious and fresh and the customer service experience was amazing. A kind employee named Earl took my order and gave me great recommendations for my bowl which I greatly appreciate as I was not familiar with the options! As someone with food sensitivities and hoping to eat healthier the service and quality I received at this Springbone was very meaningful. I will definitely be returning!"

"I just visited this location and it did not disappoint! First of all, Patrick who was behind the counter was so patient and kind. Eventually I ordered and it was a wholesome and hearty chili tofu noodle bowl! The space was clean and quiet and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch there."
